Does Street Rental charge a percentage of my bookings?
No. Street Rental does not take a booking commission. Standard payment-processing fees from the connected payment processor still apply.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee.
Is the rental website included?
Yes. The Street Rental website experience is included with the subscription.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based primarily on fleet size: up to 15 vehicles is $59.99/month, 16–30 vehicles is $99.99/month, 31–50 vehicles is $149.99/month, and larger fleets use custom pricing.
Are core features different between fleet tiers?
No. All fleet tiers include the core Street Rental platform. The subscription price changes primarily with fleet size.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Eligible new fleet subscriptions get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The countdown starts when you complete free-trial activation. At the end, your operational access pauses until you choose a paid plan and provide payment; there is no automatic charge. Existing reservations remain preserved. Reactivated subscriptions do not receive another trial.
What does AI Admin Concierge do?
The Admin AI Assistant helps operators review reservations, fleet health, pricing and operational details. Sensitive changes are subject to permissions and confirmation.
What is MCP access?
MCP is a way to connect compatible AI tools to permitted tenant admin workflows. Access is enabled separately and respects operator roles. Platform super-admin controls are never part of tenant MCP access.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract; cancel according to the applicable subscription terms.
